Chikoo milkshake

Ingredients:

Chikoos – 4 or 5  [ peeled , de-seeded and chopped ]
Chilled milk – 2 cup

Sugar or honey to adjust the sweetness if required

Bournvita – 1 tbsp
Vanilla ice-cream – 1 scoop

Chocolate syrup – 1 tbsp to decorate  the glass

PREPARATION

Drizzle  the chocolate syrup into the glass and swirl it so that the syrup completely coats on the sides and  the bottom of the glass.
Put it in the freezer for sometime.

METHOD :
In a blender, mix all the above ingredients  and blend them.

Pour it in the glass and garnish with few finely chopped pieces of chikoo on the top and serve.

You can also top with a scoop of icecream.

NOTE

  1. You can add crushed ice cubes  also while blending.
  2. Adding bournvita enhances the flavour a lot.
  3. I have not added ice cubes as I have used chilled  milk.
  4. It’s better to use chilled ingredients  than using ice cubes , as ice cubes will change the consistency of the milkshake and juices once it melts. Even the fruits you can keep them in the fridge for  sometime.
  5. While serving top it with some vanilla icecream.
