Garlic pepper paneer

GARLIC PEPPER PANEER

INGREDIENTS

  • Paneer – 250 gms
  • Capsicum cubes – 1
  • Freshly ground black pepper – 1 tsp or as per taste
  • Finely minced garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp for marinade
  • Olive oil + butter – 2 tsp

METHOD

Slice the paneer into flat cubes .

Marinate the paneer + capsicum with pepper + garlic + salt + 1 tsp olive oil and keep aside for sometimes.

Heat a pan with butter + oil .

Place the marinated paneers + capsicum on the hot tava and fry on both sides till golden .

Once done remove.

Serve hot as a starter with any dips /sauces /chutneys

*** While serving you can sprinkle mixed herbs or oregano or chilli flakes also over the fried paneer  .
