Italian sev puri

ITALIAN SEV PURI by KHUSHI UDHANI

INGREDIENTS AS REQUIRED

  • Papdi – Papdi recipe
  • Mayonaisse of any flavour or dips of any flavour
  • Finely chopped coloured bell peppers and capsicum
  • Finely chopped onion
  • Boiled corn
  • Mixed herbs / oregano
  • Pepper pwdr
  • Chilly flakes
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves [optional ]
  • Grated cheese
  • Tomato ketchup

PREPARATION

  1. Keep all ingredients ready before you start .
  2. Very finely chop the capsicum + bell peppers + onion + coriander leaves
  3. Mix together capsicum + bell peppers + onion + corn + coriander leaves  + mayo / dip + oregano + chilli flakes + pepper pwdr

METHOD

Arrange the papdi on a plate .

Top it with the vege  mixture .

Spread grated cheese generously and sprinkle oregano .

Drizzle few drops of ketchup all over while serving .

Serve immediately.

NOTES

  1. In hotels ,towards the end they try to melt the cheese by using Cooking butane torch
  2. Y not top it with non- vegetarian ingredients also.
