Kala jamun fruit popsicle

                                                                     KALA JAMUN FRUIT POPSICLE

INGREDIENTS

  • Kala jamun- 2 cup
  • Sugar – 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Water – ½ – ¾ cup

METHOD

Wash the fruit , discard  the seeds and grind it with sugar + water .

Strain it .

Fill ¾ of the popsicle moulds with this juice.

Cover it  and freeze for min  8 hrs or more.

Once done , dip the mould or keep under running tap for few seconds to demould the popsicle easily.

NOTES

Adjust sugar as per your  taste and the fruits sweetness , but don’t reduce .

sprinkle little chaat masala pwdr before serving.

Use pulpy fruit.

You can add few bits  or slice of fruit before freezing.

If you don’t have popsicle mould , use paper / plastic cups and cover with aluminium foil and use ice cream sticks.

Try same recipe for black grapes popsicle.

instead of water you can use curd or milk.
