CRISPY ALOO LACCHA PAKORA /BATATA LACCHA BHAJIYA / ALOO PAKODA

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Potato peeled & cut into small french fries shape
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ½ cup Gram Flour
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds coarsely ground
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
- ½ tsp Carom Seeds crushed in between palms
- Salt ot taste
- ½ cup Coriander Leaves finely chopped
- 2 tsp Oil warm
- Oil to deep fry
METHOD
Wash the potato strips and drain out the excess water .
Take it in a bowl and add all the other ingredients one by one . mix well.
Sprinkle water as needed while mixing , we need a thick mixture.
Wet your hands , pinch a small portion of the mixture and slide it into the hot oil .
Deep fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium.
Stir occasionally, and fry on medium flame until the pakoda turns golden and crisp.
Drain off and aloo laccha pakora is ready to serve.
Serve with green chutney and ketchup.
