EGGLESS WHOLE WHEAT NUTELLA BROWNIES 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4th cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    3/4 tsp Baking powder
    1/4 cup Oil
    3/4th cup Warm milk
    1/2 cup Powdered sugar
    3 tbsp nutella
    1 tsp vanilla essence

METHOD:
Preheat your oven at 180 *C.
Grease your cake tin or line with a parchment paper.
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder.
Beat together oil and sugar. Then add milk and essence and beat again.

Add 1 tbsp of nutella and mix.
Now add this into the sifted dry mixture.
Fold and make a smooth batter.
Pour into your cake tin.

Spread rest of the nutella on top and make swirls using a toothpick.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20-25 mins or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
When cool, cut into squares.
