Pinacolada drink premix powder

PINACOLADA DRINK PREMIX POWDER

INGREDIENTS

• Sugar – 125 gms
• Desiccated coconut – 2 tbsp
• Glucose pwdr – 2 tbsp
• Cornflour – 1 tsp
• Pineapple emulsion – 1 tsp OR  1/2 tsp pineapple essence + little yellow food colour
• Citric acid – a pinch

METHOD

Take all the above ingredients in a mixie jar and blend it well .

See that all ingredients blend together well.

Store this in a clean air tight container .

PREPARATION OF DRINK

INGREDIENTS

• Chilled milk or water – 1 cup
• Ice cubes few
• Premix pwdr – 3 tbsp

METHOD

Take chilled milk or water in a jar .

Add 3 tbsp of the premix pwdr .

Now blend well till it becomes frothy .

Pinacolada drink is ready to serve .

Serve in a tall glass with a scoop of vanilla icecream .

You can garnish with cherry or pineapple .

VARIATION – while blending add a scoop  of vanilla icecream instead of icecubes for a perfect taste.

NOTES 

• Instead of pineapple essence and yellow colour ,you can try this recipe with different essences and colour like – orange essence + orange colour / strawberry  essence + red colour etc…..
