STIR FRY BEECH MUSHROOM RECIPE
The beech mushroom, is an edible mushroom native to East Asia. These are gilled mushrooms that grow on wood. Most often the mushroom is found on beech trees, hence the common name.They come in 2 colour – brown and white .
Ingredients
- Mushroom – 1 pkt [ I have used beech mushroom ]
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Onion thinly sliced – 1
- Finely minced garlic – 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tsp or as needed
- Pepper pwdr – 1 sp or as per taste
- Sugar – ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped coriander leaves or spring onion greens to garnish
PREPARATION
- Clean , wash and pat dry the mushroom .
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan .
Add onion and stir fry till translucent .
Add the mushroom and mix well.
Stir fry on medium to high flame till the mushroom shrinks and there is no moisture .
Add soya sauce + sugar + salt and mix well.
Add coriander leaes and off the flame .
