Kasoori methi nimki
KASOORI METHI NIMKI

INGREDIENTS :
- 250 Gm Maida
- ½ Cup Kasuri methi
- 2 – 3 green chilles
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Til / sesame
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp ghee mix [ for Moyan ]
- Oil to deep fry
METHOD :
Crush the garlic into fine paste .
Take all the ingredients in a big plate.
Mix all well and make make a stiff and soft dough with warm water.[ dough like we make for poori ]
Rest it for half an hour .
Now roll into big disc .
It should be little thick chapattis .
Now let it dry for one hour on paper..
After one hour cut horizontally and then vertically to get diamond shapes .
Heat oil in a deep pan ,
Once the oil is hot .Slide in the nimkis and fry till golden on medium flame .
Once done ,drain and remove on absorbent paper.
Allow it to cool and store in airtight container .
Delicious Kasuri methi nimki is ready..
