Instant rava ladoo
INSTANT RAVA LADOO

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cup rava
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 or 2 1/2 cup pwdr Sugar
- 3/4 cup ghee
- 1/2 tsp Elaichi powder
- Milk as required [roughly 1/2 cup ]
METHOD
Heat ghee and roast rava on slow flame.
Roast for 10 mins atleast or until it turns aromatic.[ low flame – colour should not change ]
Add coconut together with the rava and roast for 3 – 4 mins more.
Switch off the gas .
Add sugar when it is warm .
Mix well.
Transfer in a plate and add milk little by little until you get a moist mixture to bind ladoos.
Bind laddoos immediately.
Don’t let the mixture cool as cool rava will not bind.
Ladoos are ready to serve .
