CUSTARD APPLE SHAPED KAJU KATLI

INGREDIENTS
- Sugar -1/4 cup sugar
- Water – ¼ cup
- Milk pwdr – ¼ cup
- Cashew pwdr – ½ cup
- Ghee 2 tsp
METHOD
Take sugar + water in pan and cook till ½ string consistency .
Lower the flame and add milk pwdr + cashew nut pwdr little by little .
Stir and cook till no lumps .
The mixture will become loose first ,then it will start thickening .
Once it starts thickening and leaving the side of the pan ,it means it is done .
Now start making any shaped sweets .
FOR CUSTARD APPLE SHAPE – make a big ball nad stick small mini balls all over .Now colour it as shown in the video .
***Colouring is very optional .If colouring then don’t give dark shades .Colour sometimes gives a salt taste also .
So if possible avoid colours .
