Eggless brownie
EGGLESS BROWNIE
INGREDIENTS
- Maida – 1 cup
- Cocoa – ¼ cup
- Baking pwdr – 1 tsp
- Butter – 100 gms [room tempt ]
- Sugar pwdr – ¾ cup
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
- Milk – 100 ml
- Chocolate sauce – ¾ cup [ hershey or veeba ]
PREPARATION
- Sieve together maida + cocoa pwdr + baking pwdr twice and keep aside .
- Grease and dust a brownie baking tray.
- Preheat the oven at 220 * C
METHOD
Take butter + sugar + vanilla essence in a mixing bowl .
Whisk /beat it till creamy .
Add milk and mix well
Add chocolate sauce and mix well.
Now add the sieved flour and mix it in one direction OR cut and fold method .
See that there are no lumps .
Pour the batter in a greased tray and spread it with a spatula .
Bake it in preheated oven at 220 * C for 25 to 30 mins till it is done .
Bake till the inserted tooth pick in the centre comes out clean .
Once done , remove and allow to cool for 30 mins .
Once it cools down completely ,slice it and serve .
