Fudgy chocolate brownie

FUDGY CHOCOLATE BROWNIE RECIPE 

INGREDIENTS [ all at room temperature ]

  • Maida – ½ cup
  • Chocolate roughly chopped – 1 cup [175 grms ]
  • Cocoa pwdr – ¼ cup [ unsweetened ]
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Coffee pwdr – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Brown sugar – ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  • Egg – 3
  • Butter – ½ cup

NOTEWE NEED FINE GRANULATED SUGAR . DON’T USE BIG GRANULES. If you have big granules and grind into coarse pwdr not very fine pwdr .

METHOD

Grease baking tin and lay a butter paper .

Sieve together maida + cocoa pwdr+ coffee pwdr + salt .

Chop the chocolate roughly .

Take chocolate + butter in a bowl and  melt it in microwave or double boiler method .

Let it cool .

Take both the sugar and mix.

Add egg one by one and mix well.

Add the melted chocolate + vanilla essence and mix well .

PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 180 * C

Finally add the flour + cocoa pwdr and mix well .

 Do NOT over beat your batter once the flour is added .

Pour in the ready batter and gently tap it twice .

Bake it for 30 mins on 180 * C.

Remove and let it cool .

Slice and serve .

Try NOT over bake them

We can add these in the batter or top it   – Crushed walnuts, peanuts, almonds, pecans, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chocolate chunks, dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, etc)
