ITALIAN SEV PURI

INGREDIENTS AS REQUIRED
- Papdi – Papdi recipe
- Mayonaisse of any flavour or dips of any flavour
- Finely chopped coloured bell peppers and capsicum
- Finely chopped onion
- Boiled corn
- Mixed herbs / oregano
- Pepper pwdr
- Chilly flakes
- Finely chopped coriander leaves [optional ]
- Grated cheese
- Tomato ketchup
PREPARATION
- Keep all ingredients ready before you start .
- Very finely chop the capsicum + bell peppers + onion + coriander leaves
- Mix together capsicum + bell peppers + onion + corn + coriander leaves + mayo / dip + oregano + chilli flakes + pepper pwdr
METHOD
Arrange the papdi on a plate .
Top it with the vege mixture .
Spread grated cheese generously and sprinkle oregano .
Drizzle few drops of ketchup all over while serving .
Serve immediately.
NOTES
- In hotels ,towards the end they try to melt the cheese by using Cooking butane torch
- Y not top it with non- vegetarian ingredients also.
