Marshmallow pops
MARSHMALLOW POPS
INGREDIENTS
- Chocolate chips – 4 cup [dark chocolate + milk chocolate ]
- Marshmallow as required any types
- Tooth prick /pop sticks as required
- Dry rack with holes to keep the pops
- Sprinklers
METHOD
Insert the sticks into the centre of marshallows .
Melt the chocolate using double boiler method or microwave method .
Melt till smooth and silky
Dip the marshallows in the melted chocolate .
Sprinkle the sprinklers immediately .
Place it on the rack to cool .
Refrigerate , if you want it to cool fast .
NOTES
- I dipped it half ,you can fully cover it with the chocolate .
- Use colourful sprinklers ,they look very attractive .I did not have .
- I used only dark chocolate , u can use both the chocolates to balance the taste .
- Store in fridge.
- Marshmallow taste yum when dipped in thin chocolate sauce – add 2 tbsp fresh cream while melting the chocolate .Just dip and enjoy.
