METHOD
Wash and soak horse-gram for 8 hours or over-night.
Strain it in a cloth /strainer and seal it tightly.
{ the cloth should be damp and care should be taken to ensure that there is no water stagnant in the vessel)
Cover and leave for 24 hours at room temperature.
You can keep for one more day for further more long sprouts.
It can be kept in the refrigerator for 3-4 days .
