METHOD
Rinse the Shepu leaves in water very well. and drain all the water from the leaves.
Chop it .
Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.
Once hot add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle.
Then add garlic and green chilies. Saute for few seconds
Add chopped dill leaves.
Mix well .
Cover and cook till the leaves sweat and shrink completely.
Stir in between.
Cook for about 4 to 5 mins.
Add salt and give a mix .
Finally add the coconut and give a nice mix . [ no need to cook after adding coconut ]
Turn off the stove.
