  • • Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  • • Curry leaves
  • • Red chilli – 2
  • • Asafoetida – generous pinch
  • • Shallots / onion - - 10 nos shallots OR medium size onion
  • • Mix veges – 2 or 3 cups [ brinjal / ladies finger /whiteand yellow pumkin/beans /Carrot / potato ]
  • • Sambar powder – 3 tbsp or as per taste
  • • Jaggery – 1 ½ tsp or as per taste
  • • Tamarind – small marble size soaked in ½ cup hot water
  • • Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnish
