WHEAT FLOUR BISCUITS / KANIK BISCUIT [ no maida /no baking soda ]

INGREDIENTS
- Wheat flour – 125 gms
- Ghee – 75 gms
- Milk – 25 ml
- Milk powder – 10 gm
- Sugar pwdr – 60 gms
- Cardamom pwdr – ¼ tsp
METHOD
Beat the sugar and ghee till light and creamy .
Add all the other ingredients one by one .
Mix all well and knead into soft dough .
Roll the dough into thick circles of ½ inch thickness.
Now use any shape mould and cut the biscuits .
Arrange on greased tray .
Preheat oven at 180 *C
Bake the biscuits for 17 to 18 mins .
Let them cool on a wired rack.
The biscuits will be soft when hot .It becomes crunchy on cooling
NOTES
If you don’t have mould ,then roll the dough into cylindrical shape and cut rounds using knife .
