 Chapatti or tortillas – 2 or 3
 Butter – 1 tbsp
 Finely chopped garlic – ½ tbsp
 Finely chopped onion – ½ cup
 Finely chopped tomato – ½ cup [ remove the pulpy part]
 Finely chopped capsicum – ½ cup
 Boiled corn – ½ cup
 Chilli flakes as required
 Mixed herbs or oregano as required
 Pepper powder as required
 Cheese as required [ mozzarella preferred]
 Salt to taste
 Cheesy dips or any dips or sauces or mayo or salsa to serve

Heat butter in a pan.
Add garlic and stir fry for few seconds.[colour should not change ]
Add onion and stir fry for few seconds .
Add capsicum and stir fry .
Add tomato nd stir fry .
Remember the veges should be fully cooked ,it should be crunchy .
Add the corn and mix well.
Add oregano + pepper pwdr + chilli flakes + salt and mix well.
Off the flame.
Heat a tava / pan ,add little butter and place the chapatti or tortilla over it .
Fry for few seconds on both the sides on low flame.
Spread the vege stuffing on half part of the tortilla as shown in then image .
Spread grated cheese over the veges .
Fold the chapatti half way like a moon shape
Gently press it and roast till it becomes crispy.
Carefully try to flip on the other side .
Fry till it becomes crispy and golden spots appear ,but it should not burn .Keep the flame low.

Once done ,remove and serve hot with dips.
1. You can add any ingredients of your choice for syuffing like baby corn, boiled egg,chicken ,mushroom ,paneer etc.
