INGREDIENTS

  • Ladi of pav [6 pav ] or a loaf of bread
  • Melted butter – ¼ cup
  • Finely chopped garlic – ¼ cup
  • Mozzarella cheese grated – ½ cup
  • Processed cheese grated [cheese cubes ] – ½ cup
  • Very finely chopped coriander leaves – cup
  • Pepper pwdr as required
  • Chilli flakes as required
  • Melted Butter for brushing

PREPARATION

  1. Take the butter + garlic + chilli flakes + both the cheese + coriander leaves + pepper pwdr and mix well to make a mixture for the stuffing .
  2. Preheat the oven at 200* [convection mode ]

METHOD

Slice the bread diagonally giving enough space in-between for stuffing .Don’t run the knife upto the bottom .

Stuff each gap with the cheese mixture.

Brush the top with melted butter .

Place the bread on a foil and wrap it. [ here if you want u can refrigerate and bake it when required ]

Place the wrapped bread on a baking tray and pop it in the oven .

Bake it for 15 mins at 200 * .

Open the foil from the top and again bake it for 5 mins .

Serve immediately .

NOTES

  1. The above quantity of ingredients for stuffing is for a big loaf of bread ,you can reduce the quantity for small loaf.
  2. Y not try with single buns .
  3. You also add grated paneer or mixed herbs or  finely chopped onion or jalapenos or corn or spring onions or sauted spinach or finely chopped boiled chicken  in the stuffing .
  4. If adding paneer you can reduce the cheese.
