Pani puri flavoured salad
PANI PURI FLAVOURED SALAD
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup chopped mix fruits (grapes, orange, apple, pineapple, pomegranate,strawberry)
- 1 cup par boiled sprouts
- 1 cucumber peeled and fine chopped
- 1 small carrot grated
- 1 tomato deseeded and fine chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup beetroot grated
- 1/2 cup mint leaves washed and fine chopped
- 1/2 tsp jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp honey
- Salt
METHOD
Mix all ingredients in a bowl one by one .
Refrigerate for sometime .
Serve lightly chilled .
NOTES
- Adjust sweet and sour taste.
- It’s a Perfect combo of taste and nutrients.
- You can even serve this salad in pooris of Pani puri and serve any citrus fruit juice as pani.
- Adjust all ingredients as per your taste bud.
- You can also add 1 tbsp of olive oil .
