BEETROOT DHOKLA
Beets provide some impressive health benefits. Not to mention, they are low in calories and a great source of nutrients, including fiber, folate and vitamin C. Beets also contain nitrates and pigments that may help lower blood pressure and improve athletic performance.
Dhokla is a vegetarian culinary dish that is found mainly in the Indian state of Gujarat and parts of adjacent states. It is made with a fermented batter derived from rice and split urad dal. Dhokla can be eaten for breakfast, as a main course, as a side dish, or as a snack.
NOTE – THE COLOUR OF THE DHOKLA IN VIDEO DIFFERS FROM MAIN PIC .WHILE MAKING THE VIDEO I HAD USED LESS BEETROOT JUICE .YOU CAN AVOID WATER AND USE 3/4 CUP OF BEETROOT JUICE .
