INGREDIENTS
Black chick peas – 1 cup [ 200 grms ]
Onion finely chopped – 1 big
Tomato – 2 pureed
Oil – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Everest chole masala pwdr – 1 tbsp
Red chilli pwdr – 1 tsp
Turmeric pwdr – 1/4 tsp
Coriander pwder – 1tsp
Chaat masala pwdr – ½ tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp
Sugar – ½ tsp
Kasoori methi – 1 tsp
Salt to taste

PREPARATION
Clean ,wash ,rinse and soak the chana for over night .
Pressure cook , the chana on medium flame upto first whistle .Turn the flame to lowest and cook for 15 mins .
