INGREDIENTS
Fresh Coriander leaves with tender stems finely chopped – 1 cup
Cornflour slurry – [ 2 tbsp corn flour + ¼ cup water ]
NOTE – for stock use maggi magic cubes .
METHODS
Very finely chop the coriander leaves with tender stems . Keep the leaves and stems separately .
Heat oil in a pan , add onion + ginger + garlic + green chilli and stir fry for a min .
Add the chopped coriander stems + veges , mix well and stir fry for a minute.
Add vegetable stock / hot water and bring it to a boil.
Add soya sauce + sugar + salt + pepper pwdr to taste , stir well and bring to a boil.
Add the paneer and give a mix .
Add the cornflour slurry mix well and cook until the soup thickens abit and the soup gets a shine .
off the flame and add the coriander leaves + lemon juice mix well .
Healthy soup is ready to be served. Serve hot .

NOTES –
Add lemon juice after turning off the flame else it will turn bitter
Add coriander leaves after turning of the flame ,else it may turn black.
Adding cornflour slurry will give a slightly thick consistency. however, it is optional.
