Cucumber juice is a highly alkalizing and hydrating drink that is rich in nutrients such as vitamins A, C, K, magnesium, silicon, and potassium. It has the ability to cleanse and detox the entire body as well as help to alleviate digestive problems such as gastritis, acidity, heartburn, indigestion, and ulcers.
INGREDIENTS
cucumber – 1
fresh mint leaves – 8 to 10
ginger – a small piece
salt to taste
honey or sugar – 2 tbsp.
pepper pwdr – 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Cucumber: Loaded with only 45 calories, cucumbers are great for a flat stomach. This is because cucumber contains as much as 96 percent water content, which does not give you a bloating stomach and helps your body to cool down.
