Eggless Nutella sponge cake
EGGLESS NUTELLA SPONGE CAKE
INGREDIENTS
- Condensed milk – ½ cup
- Oil – ¼ cup
- Sugar pwdr – ¼ cup
- Maida – 1 cup
- Baking pwdr – 1 tsp
- Baking soda – ¼ tsp
- Milk – ½ cup
- Nutella – 2 or 3 tbsp
PREPARATION
Sieve together maida + baking soda + baking powder twice .
METHOD
Beat condensed milk + oil .
Then add sugar pwdr and mix .
Add milk + vanilla essence and mix well .
Beat the mixture well so that all ingredients are mixed.
Preheat the oven at 180 * C
Now add the sieved flour and mix .
Mixed till no lumps.
Don’t over beat any cake batter.
Divide the batter into 2 .
Add Nutella to one portion and mix .
Pour the batter in greased tin .
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 mins.
Baking time depends on the size of the tin ,wider the tin lesser the baking time .
