Eggless whole wheat chocolate
EGGLESS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup refined Oil [ no smell ]
- 1/2 cup Fresh Curd Room tempt
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 cup milk
METHOD:
whisk together oil, sugar and curd for 2 – 3 minutes till light n mixed well.
Add vanilla essence and mix.
Now sieve flour + baking powder + baking soda + cocoa powder together twice.
Mix this in wet ingredients gently using milk in small intervals.
Batter should be at pouring consistency, not very thick.
Transfer into a greased and floured mould.
Bake in preheated kadai for 10 min on high flame.
Ans 40 minutes on low flame
OR
Bake in preheated oven at 180* degree for 40 – 50 minutes or till done.
