Instant garlic chutney for chaat items / lasoon ki chutney
INSTANT GARLIC CHUTNEY FOR CHAAT ITEMS / LASOON KI CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS
- Dry Red chilli – 20
- Garlic – 10 clove
- Salt to taste
METHOD
Boil the red chilli for 5 mins .
Allow it to cool .
Strain and remove it .
Transfer to the mixie jar.
Add the garlic + salt and grind to fine paste .
Add ¼ cup water and again blend well .
Transfer to a dry container.
Refrigerate and use for some days for any chaat items like sev poori / bhel / ragda poori /dahi poori etc
NOTES
- You can also remove the seeds of the red chilli before boiling .
- Adjust ingredients as per taste.
- Same chutney is applied on tortilla for rolls and also in shawarama .
- For more instant recipe ,you can just grind garlic with red chilli pwdr .
