JHATPAT PANEER MASALA

Jhatpat paneer masala recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Onion – 1
  • Tomato – 2 small
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli pwdr – 1 tsp [ for colour ]
  • Red chilli pwdr – ½ tsp or as per taste
  • Coriander pwdr – 1 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala pwdr – 1 tsp OR 1/2 tsp garam masala pwdr
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp
  • Sugar – ½ or 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup – 2 tsp
  • Cashew – 6
  • Fresh curd – 2 tbsp [ not sour ]
  • Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
  • Kasoori methi pwdr – ¼ or ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil + ghee / butter – 2 tbsp.
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves to garnish [ OPTIONAL]
  • Paneer – 250 or 300 gms
