Jhatpat paneer masala
JHATPAT PANEER MASALA
INGREDIENTS
- Onion – 1
- Tomato – 2 small
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli pwdr – 1 tsp [ for colour ]
- Red chilli pwdr – ½ tsp or as per taste
- Coriander pwdr – 1 tsp
- Kitchen king masala pwdr – 1 tsp OR 1/2 tsp garam masala pwdr
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
- Sugar – ½ or 1 tsp
- Tomato ketchup – 2 tsp
- Cashew – 6
- Fresh curd – 2 tbsp [ not sour ]
- Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
- Kasoori methi pwdr – ¼ or ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil + ghee / butter – 2 tbsp.
- Finely chopped coriander leaves to garnish [ OPTIONAL]
- Paneer – 250 or 300 gms
