INSTANT AMCHUR CHUTNEY

Khatti meethi teekhi chutney for chatpata Indian snacks like kachoris / samosas / bhajiyas /chaat items etc
INGREDIENTS

METHOD
Take all ingredients [ except jeera pwdr ] in a pan and mix well .
See that there are no lumps
Keep on medium flame .
Stir and cook till the sugar melts completely and the mixture thickens a bit as per the consistency you want . [ 3 to 4 mins ]
Don’t overcook else it will become very thick .We need flowing honey like consistency .
Off the flame and add jeera pwdr .
Chutney is ready to serve with any snacks .
We can also add finely chopped kismis / cashews / melon seeds /crushed whole coriander seeds /whole fennel seeds once you off the flame
