METHOD
* You can use any khichdi like moongdal khichdi or masala khichdi etc.
Take the leftover khichdi in a plate .Remove any whole masalas or leaf if any .
Mash it well with your hands .
Add besan and all other ingredients one by one and mix well .
Divide into equal portions and roll it .
If time permits refrigerate for sometimes.
Heat oil for deep frying .
Now give any shape and deep fry it on medium flame till golden and crisp all over .
Drain and remove on absorbent paper .
Serve hot with green chutney / sweet chutney
