METHOD
Clean ,wash and rinse the fish well .
Apply little salt + turmeric and keep aside .
In a pot take tamarind water + 2 cup water + red chilli pwdr + coriander pwdr + onion + tomato puree + green chilli + garlic + pepper pwdr + jeera pwdr + salt .
Mix well with clean hands .
Keep on high flame.
Once it starts boiling ,lower the flame to medium
Boil for 10 t0 12 mins on medium flame for the raw smell of masalas to leave .
Add fish and give a stir .
Add the coconut milk and mix .
Cook for 8 to 10 mins.
Cooking time depends on the size of the fish .
Don’t over cook the fish .
Now heat oil in a small pan .
Add mustard seeds and let it crackle .
Add fenugreek seeds and give a stir .[ don’t burn it ]
Add curry leaves and off the flame .
Add the tempering into the fish curry ,give a mix .
And close it.
Let it rest for sometimes before serving .
Older the fish curry ,better the taste.
