PANEER TOMATO GRAVY / TAMATAR PANEER CURRY

METHOD
Heat oil + butter in a pan .
Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry till raw smell leaves .
Add masala paste and stir fry till oil releases
Add the puree and mix well .
Let it come to a boil .
Add ketchup + sugar + salt and mix well .
Again cook for 2 or 3 mins on medium flame .
Add paneer cubes and give a gentle mix.
Simmer for a min finally add 1/4 tsp kasoori methi , mix and off the flame .
The softer the paneer, the more it melts in your mouth.
