METHOD
Make a marination paste with all ingredients except oil ,butter and prawns
Mix well with hands .
Taste and check and adjust if anything need to be added.
Add the prawns and mix well .
Keep aside for 15 mins.
Heat oil + butter in a pan on medium flame.
Arrange the marinated prawns .
Cook for 5 mins .
Flip and cook on other side also for 5 mins .
Cook till it is done .cooking time depends on the size of the prawns.
Once done remove and serve with any dip / chutney / sauce /onion rings etc
Can be used for making rolls/frankie or topped on pizza or stuffed in breads.
We can use these prawns and make prawn tikka masala gravy .
