INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS FOR BUTTER MIXTURE [spices to be used as per choice ]
METHOD
Mix well into crumbly texture mixture.
Now gradually add water / milk and make a soft but stiff dough
Apply little oil to the dough , cover and keep aside for 20 to 30 mins.
Again knead for 1 or 2 mins.
Take a portion and roll into very thin chapatti /roti by dusting dry flour .
Keep a inverted kadai over low flame for 5 mins .
Grease little oil all over [ be careeful ]
Gently place the thin roti over the hot kadai .
Allow it to roast till it bubbles starts appearing all over .It takes 1 min .
After 1 minute , flip the roti and cook on the other side .
Using clean towel press gently form all sides with a cloth and roast.Apply little pressure while pressing .
Keep pressing over the bubbles
Keep moving and pressing the roti and roast for 3 to 4 mins till GOLDEN.
Once done there will be no bubbles.
The texture will become crisp like khakras and shape wiill be like bowl .
Underneath you will see brown spots all over
Remove and immediately brush all over the butter mixture generously .
Garnish with coriander leaves .
