SIMPLE DRUMSTICK RECIPE
I am using drumstick flesh for this recipes , so that kids don’t make fuss about eating .
Buy tender drumsticks .It is best to avoid purchasing those ones that have somewhat bigger bumps.They are older drumsticks, and may even taste bitter in comparison to the younger fresher ones. Try to choose greenish skinned drumsticks, particularly those with a smooth skin.

METHOD
Slice the drumstick and scrape off the flesh using sharp edged spoon as shown in video.
We will get roughly 2 ½ to 3 cup flesh .
Heat oil , add mustard seeds + jeera and let it crackle.
Add onion and fry till translucent .
Add tomato + salt and fry till tomatoes soften
Add coriander pwdr + chilli pwdr + turmeric pwdr and stir fry for few seconds.
Add the drumstick flesh and mix well.
Stir frynfor 2 min.
Add 1 cup water and mix well.
Cover partly and cook on medium flame for 8 to 10 mins till it is done.
Off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice or chapatti
