INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Take tender tondli ,cut both the ends and make slits on both the sides half way .
In a pan take adequate water add salt and tondli and cook till tondli is soft, don’t overcook. OR cook in cooker UPTO 2 whistles .
Drrain water.
In another pan take 3 tablespoons of oil and add tondli and shallow fry till golden brown.
Add chilly powder and add chaat masala , serve hot, (keep the flame on medium and stir occasionally)
NOTE
For tangy flavour add amchur pwdr .
