TENDLI FRY – TINDORA FRY – TONDLI FRY – IVY GOURD FRY – KUNDRU FRY

INGREDIENTS

  • Tender tondli – 250 grms
  • salt
  • oil – 2 or 3 tbsp
  • chilli pwdr – 1 tsp or as per taste
  •  chaat masala – 1/4 tsp

METHOD 

Take tender tondli ,cut both the ends and make slits on both the sides half way .

In a pan take adequate water add salt and tondli and cook till tondli is soft, don’t overcook. OR cook in cooker UPTO  2 whistles .

Drrain water.

In another pan take 3 tablespoons of oil and add tondli and shallow fry till golden brown.

Add chilly powder and add chaat masala , serve hot, (keep the flame on medium and stir occasionally)

NOTE

For tangy flavour add amchur pwdr .
