INSTANT SATTU KE LADDU / DALIA SATTU KE LADDU

SATTU KE LADDU RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1cup Dalia Sattu ka aata
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup ghee
  • Elaichi powder
  • Dry fruits finely chopped – 2 or 3 tbsp

HOW TO MAKE DALIA SATTU KA AATA

Grind ¾ cup of dalia dal into a coarse pwdr – this will give you 1 cup flour.

Dry roast the flour on low flame till aromatic .{colour should not change ]

METHOD

Take the ghee in a mixing bowl and whisk it for 2 mins .[ you can blend in mixie ]

Add sugar pwdr and beat until light and fluffy.

Add Sattu pwdr + elaichi powder + chopped dry fruits.

Keep mixing the Dough for 8-10 mins with clean hands .

Take small portion of the mixture and shape the laddus.

NOTES

  1. Instead of sugar ,we can use jaggery .
  2. Don’t use less ghee ,else it will be dry and you will not be able to shape it .
  3. Instead od dry roasting we can microwave the flour.
