NOTES

  1. You can take a mixture of 3 dals – chana dal green split moong dal + urad dal .
  2. If you don’t get khatta leaves , add 1 more tomato .
  3. Instead of khatta leaves ,you can add 1 tbsp of tamarind juice .
  4. You can also add other veges like carrot / suran / ladies finger etc
  5. Some add dill leaves /methi leaves also .
  6. Instead of methi leaves ,I have added kasoori methi pwdr  which enhances the flavour .
  7. Don’t make it watery  ,it has to be thick .
  8. You can also make plain sai bhaji without veges .
