Street side Chinese pakoda
STREETSIDE CHINESEPAKODA
INGREDIENTS
- 100 gm all purpose flour
- 100 gm cornflour
- 1 tbsp rice flour (optional)
- 2 cup grated cabbage
- 1 cup grated orange carrot
- 1/4 cup finely chopped beans
- 1/2 cup spring onion leaves chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated cauliflower
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2-3 green chilli chopped
- 2-3 tbsp shezwan chutney
- 1/4 tsp ajinomoto [ optional ]
- Salt as per taste
- Pinch Food colour (orange)
- Oil for deep frying
- Schezwan sauce to serve
METHOD
Take all the ingredient [ except oil ] in a mixing bowl and mix it well by applying pressure with hands.
No need to add water .
Heat oil in a kadai .
Make small balls from the batter and slide it gently into the hot oil.
Turn and fry from all sides till golden and crispy.
Serve hot with schezwan chutney /sauce .
*** for extra crispiness – we can double fry the pakodas .Firsthalf fry on medium flame .Remove on a strainer .After sometime ,again deep fryit on high flame till done .
