BREAD CRUMBS CUTLET WITHOUT POTATO

Bread crumbs or breadcrumbs are sliced residue of dry bread, used for breading or crumbing foods, topping casseroles, stuffing poultry, thickening stews, adding inexpensive bulk to soups, meatloaves …
Here in this cutlet we are using fresh bread crumbs and making cutlets .
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups bread crumbs
1 cubes of maggi magic
1 tomato fine chopped
1 onion fine chopped
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp fine chopped
2 cheese cubes grated - oil to deep fry
- Slurry – 3 tbsp maida + 1/2 water + salt + 1/2 tsp pepper pwdr
dry bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
PREPARATION – take few slices of fresh bread and blend in a mixie jar into coarse mixture .We need 2 cups of it .
METHOD
Mix all the above ingredients (2 cups bread crumbs)
Try to mash with hands
Taste and adjust salt if required…I didn’t add as maggi cubes have enough salt in it .
Make same sized 12 balls…
Shape them in tikkis….
Dip in slurry and coat with bread crumbs
Refrigerate for half an hour…
Deep fry until golden. Drain and remove on absorbent paper . serve with any sauce / ketchup / chutney / dip .
