Coriander garlic paneer
CORIANDER GARLIC PANEER
INGREDIENTS
- Paneer cubes – 250 or 300 grms
- Garlic – 4 nos
- Fresh coriander leaves – 1 cup
- Pepper pwdr – ½ tsp
- Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
- Herbs / oregano – ½ tsp
- Butter – 1 tsp
- Olive oil – 1 tsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Sugar – ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
- Make a coarse mixture of garlic and coriander leaves in mixie or mortar pestle .
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well . [except the paneer ]
- Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl .
- Mix well , the marinade is ready .
- Apply the marinade all over on the paneer cubes .
- Keep aside for minimum 30 mins or more in fridge .

Heat 1 or 2 tbsp of oil in a pan on medium low flame .
Arrange the marinated paneer on it .
Cook on each side for 3 to 4 mins .
Once done arrange on serving plate and serve with sauce or dips of your choice .
