CORIANDER GARLIC PANEER

INGREDIENTS

  • Paneer cubes – 250 or 300 grms
  • Garlic – 4 nos
  • Fresh coriander leaves – 1 cup
  • Pepper pwdr – ½  tsp
  • Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
  • Herbs / oregano – ½ tsp
  • Butter – 1 tsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Make a coarse mixture of garlic and coriander leaves in mixie or mortar pestle .
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix well . [except the paneer ]
  3. Transfer the mixture to  a mixing bowl .
  4. Mix well , the marinade is ready .
  5. Apply the marinade all over on the paneer cubes  .
  6. Keep aside for minimum 30 mins or more in fridge .

Heat 1 or 2 tbsp of oil in a pan on medium low flame  .

Arrange the marinated paneer on it .

Cook  on each side for 3 to 4 mins .

Once done arrange on serving plate and serve with sauce or dips of your choice .
