MOTICHOOR LADOO CAKE

Motichoor ladoo cake is a regular cake where we top the cake with crumbled motichoor ladoo

Make a plain sponge cake IN DOME SHAPE referring to any cake recipes below –CAKE RECIPES – https://maryzkitchen.com/?S=cake

Slice the layers .

Brush each layer with sugar syrup or rabdi on the layers and do the icing .

On top of the icing you can sprinkle some crumbled motichoor ladoo

Finally top it with loads of crumbled motichoor ladoo.

Top the ladoo with edible silver foil [ varak ] and slivered nuts

To make it look authentic make a fan with parchment paper and make a circle of it around the ladoo.so that it looks like a ladoo in the paper cup .

1. NOTE – Do not press the ladoo crumbs way too much on top of the cake. Or else you will lose the coarse and grainy look of the ladoo.
