JHATPAT EASY BONELESS CHICKEN HANDI
INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Clean , wash , rinse and pat dry the chicken .Chop into small cubes and keep aside .
METHOD
Take a mixie jar , add onion , tomato ,green chilli, masala pwdrs, ginger garlic paste ,curd ,cream, ¼ cup water .
Grind into smooth paste
Heat oil + butter ,add whole garam masala and let it splutter .
Add garlic and stir fry for few seconds .It should not change colour .
Add the chicken and stir fry for 5 mins on high flame .
Add the paste and stir fry for 5 to 7 mins till raw smell leaves .
Cover tightly and cook on dum on lowest flame for 15 mins
Off the flame .
Let it rest for 5 mins , don’t open immediately .
Open the pan an give a mix .
Add just 1 tsp lemon juice . [ don’t add more as we have added curd ]
Add kasoori methi 1 tsp if needed .
Finally garnish with coriander leves .
Serve hot with any Indian bread items .
