ARBI CHAAT / KACCHALU CHAAT

METHOD
Wash, clean, pressure cook arbi for 2 whistles with 1 tsp salt.
Allow to cool.
Remove boiled arbi on a strainer, Peel and cut into big roundles.
Boil the imli with jaggery with 1/2 cup water.
Let it cool…strain the thick pulp.
In a mixing bowl…mix all the ingredients.
