METHOD
Heat oil in a cooker.
Add whole garam masala , let it splutter.
Add onions + green chilli and stir fry till translucent .
Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry till raw smell leaves.
Add the mutton and mix well.
Stir and cook for 5 mins on high flame
Mix in the potatoes .
Add salt + water and mix .
Pressure cook on medium flame upto first whistle.
After the first whistle lower the flame and cook on lowest flame for 10 mins.
Let the pressure release.
Let it come to a boil .
Once it starts boiling add the pepper pwdr , mix well and off the flame .
Add the lemon juice and mix well .
Finally garnish with coriander and mint leaves .
