METHOD
Clean wash coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and peel mangoes + chop it into cubes .
Take all ingredients in a mixie jar .
Grind to a fine paste by adding 2 tbsp water .
Never add too much water while making chutney .
Serve as a side dish for bhajiyas and fried items .
It goes well with pakora, Samosa, Kachori, Dhokla, etc.
Even goes as sandwich chutney .
Try it with simple dal rice meals, khichdi or stuffed parathas.
