VEG AND NON VEG WRAP RECIPE

wrap is a food dish made with a soft flatbread rolled around a filling.

The usual flatbreads are wheat tortillas, lavash, or pita; the filling usually consists of cold sliced meat, poultry, or fish accompanied by shredded lettuce, diced tomato or pico de gallo, guacamole, sauteed mushrooms, bacon, grilled onions, cheese, and a sauce, such as ranch or honey mustard.

INGREDIENTS

  • Tortillas – 2
  • Coleslaw salad – 1 cup
  • Garlic red chilli chutney – as required
  • Chicken tikka – as required for stuffing
  • Paneer tikka – as required
  • Chaat masala
  • Any dips of your chocice like mayo /thousand island /ketchup [ use veeba sauces ]

PREPARATION

Prepare tortilla + garlic chutney + coleslaw salad + chicken tikka/ paneer tikka .

METHOD

Take a tortilla ,spread red chilli garlic chutney .

Now place a layer of salad in the centre .

On top of the salad place the chicken pieces / paneer tikka pieces .

Sprinkle little chaat masala .

Roll the tortilla tightly .

Roll a tissue paper over it and serve .

NOTES

  1. Instead of tortillas – you can use chapatti / shawarma bread /pita bread / khulcha  /any bread and enjoy .
  2. You can also place a layer of finger fries .
  3. instead of salad we can just spread a layer of thinly sliced onion or cabbage / ice berg .
