Jowar roti is super rich in fibre, is gluten free, good for diabetics, high in magnesium and iron also lowers blood pressure and cholesterol. We have used hot water for kneading the dough as it helps in getting the roti soft and even when not served for hours, it doesn’t become hard or chewy.

Jowar Flour and even Bajra Flour is a better quality complex carb than whole wheat flour and hence your jowar roti is better than a Whole Wheat Roti.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cup Jowar Flour
  • 2 Cups Hot Water
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp ghee

It is a great choice for people who suffer from diabetes and for the ones those who want to lose weight. – Roti: The easiest way to incorporate jowar in your daily diet is through rotis.
